    looking for someone to take over my lease at 1451 Denton. February is already paid for, the lease expires July 31. There are 3 other girls living there who are very quiet and 2 cats. The rent is $750, (4 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms total) each bedroom has its own bathroom, utilities included, fully furnished, washer and dryer on 2nd floor, 1.6 miles from campus, bus picks up every 10 minutes in front of the apartments. The complex is really nice and maintenance responds quickly
