Looking to sublet my room, 4x4 modern fully furnished with in unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, wifi and private bathroom. My rate is less than what they're asking for now (Complex currently offering for $725-$740), and is renewed for next year already if interested to take the remaining year's lease and/or next year's lease as well.
