It is a great apartment with updated cabinets, a very responsive maintenance and leasing staff, and room for a living area with a kitchen/dining area, good sized kitchen, walk in closet, full sized bathroom and bedroom, with a patio. This is in a well-lit, gated student living apartment complex and very quiet - I never have noise issues and can’t hear cars from any of the surrounding streets. You use a key FOB to let cars through the gate and it works from my specific unit without having to leave the apartment. There is also visitor parking so guests won't have to worry about finding a spot. There is also a pool, gym, basketball court, and volleyball net. The leasing office also has a lounge area with free wifi and allows you to print there. I am wanting to move out June 9th earliest due to life circumstances changing since I signed the renewal (including graduating) but I am flexible. This lease starts on July 16th 2021 and lasts a year after that.
