    Community Description
    Recommended for:  Freshman Students, Undergraduate Students

    I'm looking for someone to take over ASAP, preferably before June 15th, but no later than July 1st.  The rent for that first month would be prorated based on when you move in.

    It’s a private bedroom and private bathroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment for $850 a month. It has a full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven), an in-unit washer and dryer, and a shared living room that is already fully furnished. It also has a loft area as extra storage space. Parking is available on-site.

    The location is amazing, it's a 3-minute walk to the CVAD art building and a 3-minute walk to local nightlife, so you don't even need a campus parking pass.

    Your roommate would be a female student who has two cats.
