I am offering this room because I have an internship in Washington this summer and I have to move out early.

This is an upstairs bedroom in a unit with two other bedrooms (two roommates). The room has its own bathroom, a queen-size bed, a dresser, closet, chair, desk, window, nightstand, and a washing machine with dryer just outside the door. The living room of the unit has a kitchen, couch, bar chairs, a table with more chairs, and a TV. The bottom floor is hardwood while the stairs and upper floor are carpet. There is a great common area at the apartment complex with a big lobby, gym, Mac computers, a printer, study rooms, and a swimming pool. Management is helpful and friendly and I've never had any problems with them.

**This is technically not a sublease but a "lease takeover."** All that means is that you would have to go through the same application/screening process that I did in order to fully claim the unit in your name.

In addition to rent, you have to pay $13 a month to a liability insurance provider and a monthly utility bill according to usage. Altogether, I pay a little over $900 a month to live here and it is well worth the value.
