I'm looking to re-let my room in a 2-Bed 2-Bath. I plan to move out around August 16.

The unit is on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom; a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stove, and refrigerator; a common room with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and chair, a coffee table, and an entertainment center that is currently occupied by the roommate's TV, which he will probably let you use if you ask (as he lets me); and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a bedframe and mattress, a desk, a chair, and a dresser.

The occupant of the other bedroom is male and a senior at UNT. He is often absent from the apartment, so you'll have this place to yourself most of the time.

Pest free. Safe area. Good management. Maintenance responds quickly.

All utilities are included except for electricity.

The amenities here are quite good. The main office has unlimited free black-and-white printing, and there's a decent pool, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a big grassy field, a fitness center with a reasonable assortment of equipment (though no power rack), an art studio, and two practice rooms. I've never seen another apartment complex with practice rooms. They're fantastic. Dead Stereo rehearses in them sometimes.

Anyway, I think this place is a great deal if you're living by yourself.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to make this a sweeter deal. One of my bands could play at your birthday party or something, I don't know.
