Sublease Takeover Option 1: For August 2021 - July 2022:

I will pay for the first two months rent (August & September).  However, you must be approved, you must sign the leasing agreement for the 2021-2022, take possession of the keys, and move into the residence.

Sublease Takeover Option 2:  (Early move-in- July 2021...end of my current leasing agreement )

A.) I will pay for the July rent. However, you must be approved, you must sign the current leasing agreement, you must take possession of the keys, and move into the residence.

B)  I will also pay for the first month rent (August) on the new leasing agreement 2021-2022. However, you must be approved, you must sign the new leasing agreement, you must take possession of the keys, and move into the residence.    (Thank you in advance.)
