Hello! Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Forum at Denton for this summer ! The lease ends in late July. Preferably would like the room until finals so I would move out no later than May 13th , therefor I would pay for the month of May. I am super flexible on dates so just message me if you need a different move in date. The rent is $706 it is a 3x3 with 2 other females(19&20) so would prefer a female. Both roommates are super nice and keep to themselves. Utility bills are capped therefor the most the bill has ever gone is $40 dollars . Please message me if you have any questions ! <3
