This place has many amenities to offer including a pool, hot tub, full gym and basketball court, sand volleyball courts, a marketplace, a newly renovated clubhouse, and busing to and from the UNT campus. I have lived here for nearly two years! I need to sublease my apartment starting on May 18th- July 31st. There are three other people living here and one cat, but they will all be moving out in July. This would be perfect for someone who needs a place to stay over the summer or is interested in this apartment but wants to test it out before committing to a full 10mo lease. The price of the apartment includes rent, renters insurance, and valet garbage. Utilities are paid through a separate organization but Forum covers up to $120/person and it is split between everyone. I haven't paid more than $30 for utilities since moving in.
