I am looking to sublet my bedroom at Gateway at Denton Apartments for the spring semester. Jan 1- August 1. I will be moving out soon. I think you can renew the lease still for the next year, but I am not sure. If needed, you can move in mid December, it will be paid for by me. Rent is 760 and utilities plus other fees usually comes out to around 60 per month.

It is furnished, It comes with a desk, a dress, a big closet with mirror doors, and the full size bed. There is a washer and dryer inside and a dishwashers.

This is for one bedroom, I have three roommates, they are all quiet and keep to themselves. Rent is paid separately per bed.
