Hillcrest House is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house close to UNT. One room will be opening up for a sublet starting January 1st. Our lease ends June 30th.

It will be me and my roommate Amelia. I’m a UNT grad and she’s currently in school still. We’re both really chill and hoping to find someone who’s the same. We like to keep common areas clean. Be as messy as you like in your room, but please respect the property. You would share a large bathroom with Amelia.

The living room is fully furnished, but the bedroom isn’t. There isn’t room for any other furniture in the living/dining area. You’ll need your own kitchen supplies. The kitchen is huge so there’s plenty of storage. I have a washer & dryer so you won’t have to worry about that.

We have a huge backyard and I have a dog. She’s super sweet, but doesn’t get along with other dogs so no other pets for Hillcrest House.

Utilities & internet are extra. Utilities always depend on the time of year. Colder months average $60-$100 a person whereas summer months are $100-200.
