I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Midtown 905. It’s a couple blocks away from UNT and just across the street from QuickTrip. Walking is manageable from the apartment but there is also a bus that stops right in front of the complex. My current rate is $634 with utilities and wifi included. Electricity is limited and you will have to pay extra if you go over but water is unlimited. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths in the unit and you will be living with 3 other roommates but they are nice and LGBTQ+ friendly. The complex is pet friendly but you will have to pay a pet deposit as well as pet rent every month. Looking to sublease in March or after.
