I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Park Place for fall 2023. It’s a 2 bed/2 bath and you would get your own room and bathroom. The complex itself only opened this year and has amazing amenities. These include study & printing rooms, a rooftop pool and courts, a lounge with a coffee bar and a promenade with games and grills. It is furnished and on the 3rd floor.The roommate does have a cat so must be okay with that!
