The rent is $1,325 each month and all utilities are included except for electricity, which is calculated based on usage. The lease is from June 1, 2023 to August 7, 2023. So if your in need of a studio apartment for summer classes or a summer job, please let me know asap! I lived with a roommate and there was an additional $50 added to the base rent, making it $1,375, in case, you wanted to split the cost with a roommate. The studio is fully furnished with:
