I am looking to sublease my room in my apartment at Park Place Denton at the end of this semester. It is in a 4 bed 4 bath unit so you would have your own private bedroom with a lock and your own private bathroom! My room has a large walk-in closet and I have the biggest bedroom in the unit. The entire unit comes furnished as well! All current roommates are girls and they are super sweet. The complex itself is brand new and has lots of great amenities such as a rooftop pool, large gym and yoga room, study rooms on every floor, a theatre room, a package locker room, trash chutes on every floor, and more.
