I am looking for a female to relet/take over my lease for a 1 bedroom & private bathroom in a quiet and clean 4x4 shared apartment at the newly built Park Place, Denton, for $785/month plus $20-$25/month for electricity. Other utilities are included. This relet is available beginning January 1st and ending August 12th, 2024. Subletting is not allowed. If there are any pet or allergy concerns, please know that one roommate has a cat but keeps it out of the common areas.
When Park Place opened in August 2022, I signed an early lease renewal agreement and planned to stay through August 2024. I'm going home next semester and need to relet my lease. My relet offer is $250 below posted Fall '24 rates for new leases. Please message me with any questions.

The fully furnished apartment is pet-friendly with hardwood-style floors, high-speed internet, cable TV, and private WiFi access. Common areas are shared with three female roommates (students), including a washer and dryer, a living room with a 50-inch smart TV and sofa set, and a full-size kitchen with bar-top dining chairs, a dishwasher, fridge, stovetop oven, and microwave. The bedroom includes a full-size bed frame and mattress, under-the-bed storage drawers, a lamp with a USB outlet on a bedside table, a desk, and a chair. Also, this room has a private bathroom, two large closets, a ceiling fan, and mini window blinds.
Living here has been convenient and a fantastic place to relax after classes. Commuting is easy- located just 2 blocks from UNT's main campus with convenient access to UNT/DCTA bus routes. The apartment overlooks the inner courtyard, so it is peaceful whether you want to cook, study, sleep, or explore the facilities. There's a rooftop pool, complete fitness center, cyber cafe, music rehearsal studio, and many more amenities, which I'll include below. The Community Team at Park Place regularly hosts social events for their residents.
Park Place is the newest Student Living Community that opened in August 2022, so everything is still clean and well-maintained, with maintenance available on-site during regular business hours and 24 hours for emergencies. Park Place uses extra security features to limit random foot traffic and promote a safer living space for its residents. Besides using biometric fingerprint scanners at entry points, deadbolts for apartment doors, and key locks to individual bedroom spaces, there is an on-site security patrol officer. The attached parking garage also has gated access for residents with parking passes.
