I’m looking for a female student to take over my sublease starting late April/early May 2023. The room is part of a unit of 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and is less than a mile from campus. All utilities are included except electricity (my bills personally haven’t exceeded $10) and everything is very secure as you’ll need a fingerprint to access things such as the mailroom and gym. My roommates are polite, neat, and very considerate.
