The house is conveniently located just 2 miles North of the University of North Texas (UNT) and 2 miles West of Texas Woman's University (TWU).

You would be sharing the home with two other female students, including me. We are seeking a tenant who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and focused on their studies. This is a quiet, non-smoking, and pet-free environment.

• Shared full bathroom with one other housemate.
