Hey there,  I'm graduating this semester in December 2021 and will be moving out of the 3 bedroom, all-girls house I live at on W Hickory St. It's a very cute and recently remodeled house in the historic district, and reasonably affordable too considering the going price of apartments in this area. $560 a month plus $60-80 in utilities depending on the month. I have 2 other roommates, they are both really great and go to unt.
