Looking for someone to sublease my 1 bed 1 bath apartment. The apartment complex is very nice, gated community and a pool. It is called Cooper Denton.

I just moved in at the end of June, but I ended up getting a job in Baltimore. I start September 11th, I plan to be out by September 1st or 2nd. Rent is 1249.5, but I also have a dog and a covered parking spot. The base rate for the apartment (NOT INCLUDING BILLS) is 1098. Apartment is on the ground floor with a patio and a washer and dryer and ice maker in the freezer. Lease ends 06/10/2024
