Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Ridge of North Texas.
- Rent: $815/month (I’m willing to cover your first month’s rent )
- Move-in: Looking for someone who can move in in January 2026 (just in time for Spring 2026 semester for incoming students!)
- Unit: 2x2, you’d have 1 roommate (Male)
- Location: The Ridge of North Texas – super close to UNT & TWU, UNT bus stop nearby

The lease runs through July 30th, 2026 with the option to renew after that at the same or cheaper price. The leasing office is flexible and works with all credit scores and accepts co-signers.
