This is a relet for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom all female apartment for the months of June and July.

I'm gonna be out of town for those two months and the lease ends July 31, 2023.

The rate is $599.00 for one of the three bedrooms. The unit includes a private bathroom for each room, washer/dryer in unit, and high speed wifi. The unit is fully furnished. Residents pay electric and water usage (usually comes to a total of $640 for rent plus utilities each month.)

The lease would start June 1st but if you want to move in earlier during the last weeks of May that can also be arranged.
