This apartment is very nice and has an updated kitchen and bathtub. There is a bus stop for UNT right outside the gates. The apartment comes fully furnished: including a washer/dryer, tv with Roku, a full sized bed, and more. This specific apartment is on the first level, so you won't have to worry about walking up/down stairs. The neighbors are not nosy at all so you don't have to worry about that! It is a very nice and safe apartment community!
