Hi! I am looking for someone to take over half of my lease, I will still be living there, but my roommate is moving out. Parking is free, all you have to do is register with the office so your car doesn't get towed! The lease ends at the end of July, and we can potentially discuss resigning! Rent is $675 plus around $100 for utilities, usually less.
