This is a four-bedroom and four-bath apartment. One room is available for summer leasing. Each room has individual bathrooms, and the roommates will stay to themselves, maybe not even live here in the summer. Looking for someone who needs the place for the months of June and July. This apartment is on the fourth floor so no upstairs neighbors and is convenient for the campus. It is also furnished with a bed desk and bedside table. I am planning to move out right after finals so you can move in at that point but your lease won't start until June 1st when mine ends. My roommates currently are two guys and a girl and are very friendly. They most likely won't be here during the summer so no worries about that. Other amenities are the trash chutes on the floor, and the washer and dryer included in the apartment.
