Hey y'all! I'm reletting my 4x4 gender inclusive bedspace at Uptown for the next school year because I'm relocating. I secured a lower price than average on my lease since I was a previous resident applying early (rent is typically $879). The apartment itself is pretty nice: individual leases, most utilities included, furnished, large balcony, large window with lots of natural light in the bedroom, personal bathroom, walk-in closet, and in-unit washer and dryer. There are also community amenities such as a gym, pool with a hot tub, study space, free wifi and printing, basketball court, and volleyball court. All of my roommates have been super cool and mostly quiet and clean.
I really enjoyed living here and I am sorry to go! Staff have always been friendly and helpful, maintenance shows up on time and actually fixes things, and I haven't seen a single bug besides the occasional fruit fly in the apartment.
