This unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment one block from campus. The lease takeover is somewhat flexible but preferably early-to-mid August. I have graduated and need to relocate.

There is a $500 subleasing fee which I would like to split. The landlords automatically transfer my deposit to you which you are allowed to keep if you will split the subleasing fee with me.

Rent is $972 without utilities and the lease begins August 1, 2023 will end July 31st, 2024 with an opportunity to renew at market rate. In-unit washer and dryer and dishwasher. Laminate flooring. Off-street parking. Up to 2 pets allowed with pet deposit and pet rent.
