Available from May 30 to August 15 is the largest bedroom in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house in a beautiful, quiet, residential area less than a mile from campus. Rent will be a flat $700 per month including all utilities: electricity (including central air conditioning that works very well), heat/hot water, fiber optic internet, and various household items (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). If you need to move in or out a bit earlier or later, we should be able to work it out. I will definitely be departing on May 30th, but I could return a bit later than August 15 if you really need it longer (i.e., up to the start of the fall semester).

The three roommates are all super friendly young(ish) men. Aside from myself, the oldest is in his mid-30s and works at a hardware store. Next in his early 30s is an EMT who is currently between jobs. They both enjoy old school video games and anime. The third roommate is in his early 20s, an undergrad at UNT, and is into athletics, cooking, and public health. Everyone gets along extremely well, and we share responsibilities well in terms of keeping the house relatively clean and tidy.

Pets are not allowed due to the landlord's regulations. Only one person should be occupying the room, though of course you're free to have guests, or even host a friend for a few days, but generally one occupant. There are two bathrooms, a sizable kitchen with stone countertops, and also a sizable living room with a big, curved flatscreen TV. There's also a covered porch and a backyard, and there is one off-street parking space with plenty of on-street parking always available.
