Releting my room at The Forum for the spring semester. It's a 4x4 apartment with a base rent of $729. The lease ends on July 31st, 2025. Each unit and the common areas come fully furnished with washer and dryer and has many amenities on site. It’s about 7 minutes from UNT and 6 minutes from TWU. There is a bus that runs all day from The Forum to UNT Union. The bus stop is located right by the leasing office.
