Looking for someone to take over my lease, Feb 28 - July 31, 2025.  Apartment complex is agreeable, but you must pass your own credit check, etc. directly with the complex.  This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit so this will be an individual lease for 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + living space + laundry room w/ washer & dryer.  Approximate size of my bedroom / bathroom is 400~ square feet

Furnished:

Appliances: Washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, oven, full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker.

Bedrooms: Full-size memory foam mattress, bed frame, desk, desk chair, stackable dresser drawers (4 large drawers), a two-drawer dresser, ceiling fan and overhead light in each room.

Living room: Couch, coffee table, and TV stand.

Not included in any units: Linens, towels, shower curtains, dishes/utensils, decorations, soaps, toilet paper, rugs, mats, floor lamps and table lamps.
