    Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my student housing contract at The Arch Denton for the full 2026-2027 academic year. My plans changed, so this is a completely fresh, untouched room ready for an August move-in!

     

     

    Move-in Date: August 14, 2026

     

    The Layout: You get your own spacious private bedroom and private attached bathroom in a 3x3 apartment. Kitchen and living room are shared with 2 roommates.

     

    Rent: $639/month (Includes furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-unit washer/dryer).

     

    Perks: Right on the UNT shuttle route, resort-style pool, and 24-hour gym.
