    Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Ridge at North Texas because my plans have changed.

    🏡 Female 2x2 apartment
    💲 $690/month
    ⚡ Electricity is the only utility not included.
    🛏️ Private bedroom and private bathroom.
    📅 Lease runs August 2026 – July 2027.

    The apartment is close to UNT and comes with the amenities The Ridge offers, including furnished units, a gym, pool, shuttle to campus, and in-unit laundry. My specific unit is renovated!
