    Looking for someone to take over my lease at Arbors of Denton through July 15, 2027.

    $660/month for a large master bedroom with a private attached bathroom and walk-in closet. You would only have one male roommate, who generally keeps to himself.

    The community is close to UNT and includes a pool, fitness center, resident lounge, and other amenities.

    I’m looking to complete the relet as soon as possible, so I will cover all applicable relet/transfer fees and pay half of your first month’s rent to make the move easier.
