To get started you need to create an account, Post your space [per bed or per unit lease] and begin the process of finding someone to assume your leasing contract. This is a great way to bring students together that have specific leasing needs. And, we always recommend you first communicated your intentions with the management of your apartment community, then schedule an appointment with UNT Legal Services to review your legal exposure when reletting or subletting.
