The townhouse comes fully furnished (and with appliances and washer/dryer), and water and electricity is included with rent. The lease is set for 10 months, but you can change it to less or more as needed. It is set to move in at the end of July, with the latest move in the second week of August. There is on-sight parking, and lots of fun stuff around the community (pool, sand volleyball, gym, etc.) I have 3 female roommates who are all super sweet and respectful.
