Fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath within a 2x2 at City Parc at Fry Street available for lease takeover for Spring 2027 semester (female students only) - Rent is $994 a month, which includes internet, trash, water, sewer, storage unit, and assigned covered parking. ($924 if you do not want assign covered parking or storage unit, which are $50 and $20, respectively.) If you choose to take over the lease, you will receive $500 off of your first month’s rent. Leases are individual.
Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, private in room bathroom, free internet, 24/7 on-call staff, free visitor parking, gym, music studio, art studio, pool, volleyball court, and many study areas! The apartments are also pet friendly!
Location is great! Walk or bike to the UNT campus, restaurants and bars on Fry Street, and places like Aura Coffee, Voertman's Bookstore, and Lucky Lou’s on Hickory Street.
