I’m looking to relet my apartment at City Parc at Fry Street. The lease is from August 2024 - July 2025. The apartment is a 4 x 4 - you will have your own bedroom and bathroom along with a spacious shared common area and kitchen. There are individual leases (you are only responsible for your own rent, not your roommates’).

Rent is $929 and I am willing to pay the first two months’ rent. Internet, water, and sewer are included in the rent. City Parc is currently offering a deal that reduces the rent to $899, but with my offer you will save $1528 more in total.

The apartment is fully furnished and has a full sized washer and dryer in each unit. It is walking distance from campus (approximately 10 minutes) and is also on the UNT shuttle route.

Roommates are not yet selected and you will have the option to choose your own roommates through RoomSync. You can also create a profile and the leasing office will match you with people with similar interests and preferences.
