Hi, I'm look for a female student to take over my lease at Ucenter on Fry Street. I'm moving out due to graduating and following job opportunities out of the dfw area and not due to issues in the apartment. You will get your own bed room, bathroom, and closet. Plus there is a washer in the apartment. The lease ends in July but can be renewed if you wish to continue living at ucenter. You will live with three other girls who are all very nice and accommodating. I can link you with them once we get the process started. It's right across the street from campus which is great for those without a car! I lived here three years without one and it was pretty good.
