The building is actually right by the UNT campus. Its location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending classes or working there. The room is unfurnished with a private bathroom in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, and I have some furniture in the shared areas.The AC, refrigerator, water heater, and flooring are all newly installed, so even though the rent is affordable, you’ll still have a comfortable and updated place to live. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, smoke-free, serene environment, then this is the perfect place for you. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rent is $600/month, plus utilities. The lease is for one year, starting August 1st 2025.
