I'm looking to relet a bedroom in a 3x3 VIP unit at Midtown 905 ASAP; the lease extends through to July 2026, and has reduced rent ($874) compared to other units currently available on the property.
I have zero complaints about Midtown 905; I need to move for work, but otherwise I would absolutely stay. The complex is clean and well managed, the office staff and other residents have always been incredibly kind and helpful, and the property is in a convenient location (walking distance from campus!) and in excellent condition; all utilities work great and the unit itself is clean and completely undamaged.
The entire unit is pre-furnished. The bedroom in my lease is large and private (all doors lock with keys), and has a very large attached private bathroom. A common area and kitchen are also included.
Before vacating I intend on deep cleaning the entire unit so as to ensure a smooth and easy move in for the new tenant. I'm open to potentially negotiating some rent deals as well (e.g., covering half of rent for 2-3 months, covering one month of rent, etc etc.).
