I am looking for a female identifying student to take over my lease at The Forum for the 2024-2025 school year (August 17th 2024-July 31 2025). It is a 4 x 4 unit, meaning there are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. You will be taking over a singular bedroom with it's attached bathroom as it is individual leasing. Unit includes washer & dryer, kitchen, patio, internet, and fully furnished rooms. It’s roughly 5 minutes from campus and there is also a bus stop by the entrance of the complex. Unfortunately, no dogs and no smoking is allowed in this unit, and is a female only unit! I'd be happy to answer any questions!
