I will not be staying in this off-campus housing as I won't be a student at UNT for the next term. I wish to hand the lease off to whoever is interested. The Retreat has nice off-campus living and many amenities, so I was excited, but I won't be going to UNT next semester. Also, pet-friendly. This unit is a 2-bedroom unit and the other bed is open as well since my roommate is also inquiring to hand off their lease since they won't be with UNT either so if you have a roommate in mind, let me know as soon as possible and you might be able to get both you and your roommate to take the lease for a cottage all to yourself.
