Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Arch Denton! The unit is in a 3x3 so you would have 2 other roommates. One of the roommates owns 2 cats. Base rent is $679 and utilities are extra, but run on average for me about $50-75 a month depending on my usage. The rent includes in unit washer and dryer, valet trash, and has a bus route that runs directly to UNT. If you are able to move in by December, I will cover that months rent and utilities.
