I am urgently looking for someone to take over my lease at --U centre on fry street-- 4X4 bedroom starting from 5/10/25 until 7/31/26. The rent is $750 (the original lease is $900 per month. I am willing to pay $150 each month, lowering it down to $750). This is a fully furnished room, and you get your own bathroom and walk-in closet. It also comes with a washer and dryer, and it's a walkable distance from UNT campus. It's extremely close to a CVS, and many food places.
