Looking to Relet my lease for a  Furnished 4 bed 4 bath at U Centre! It's in an all female unit, and you would have a private bedroom and bathroom. The unit is not pet friendly, there is in unit washer/dryer, and utilities are included. Ideally I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting in July, but any time this summer works! My lease is a renewal, so for June 2024 - July 2024 the rent will be $924 per month, then the next lease would start for August 2024 - July 2025, and the rent will be $959 per month.
