[ Built in 2007 ] Honors Hall is one of the newer residence halls on the UNT campus, offering private single rooms to students. Upperclassmen members of the UNT Honors College Live here. This campus community offers private single bedroom to each resident in the suite and a shared common living space and bathroom. The Residence Hall was designed with the academically-focused student in mind. Honors Hall has an abundance of study rooms, small meeting space, two music practice rooms and activity areas and lounges.
2024-2025 HONORS HALL RATES:
• Private Single Occupancy Room w/ Suite Cooking Area: $7,446.00 / Monthly Estimate: $827.33
• UNT Housing Rates are based on a 9-Month Academic Year
• Payment in Full or Installment Plan / Check or Credit Cards Accepted
2024-2025 MEAL PLAN REQUIREMENT:
All freshman students living on-campus are required to select from one of the Meal Plans >. Upperclassmen residing in Honors, Legends, Mozart Square and Traditions have an expanded list of meal plan options available during the application process. There are 6 Dining Hall Locations and unique dining experiences on the main campus and one dining facility at The Discover Park satellite campus. The University of North Texas also offer Retail Restaurants in the University Union and throughout the campus community. Dining Flex Dollars are for use at on-campus retail locations only. Unused Flex Dollars forfeit at the end of each semester. Remaining balances do not carry over. Details >

– Bathroom is contained within the bedroom unit.
– Bathroom is accessed directly from within the room
and access is limited to the occupants of the rooms

– Residents are responsible for cleaning the bathroom
space add providing their own paper products.
– Fire code restricts suite bathroom doors from being
lockable, whereby creating a suite of rooms.
