[ Built in 1967 ] Kerr Hall is located on Maple Street and is the eastern-most residence hall on the UNT campus. Predominantly housing freshmen, Kerr is UNT’s largest residence hall with nearly 1000 student residents. Offering double rooms and a few triples, Kerr is home to 5 of UNT Housing's Living-Learning Communities. Kerr residents have the chance to live in specialized groups that share majors or common interests. A major hub on campus, Kerr is a bustling, energetic environment with residents socializing in the lobby and grabbing a bite across the street at Eagle Landing.

Triple Occupancy Room: $5,688.00 / Monthly Estimate: $632.00

2024-2025 MEAL PLAN REQUIREMENT:
All freshman students living on-campus are required to select from one of the Meal Plans >. Upperclassmen residing in Honors, Legends, Mozart Square and Traditions have an expanded list of meal plan options available during the application process. There are 6 Dining Hall Locations and unique dining experiences on the main campus and one dining facility at The Discover Park satellite campus. The University of North Texas also offer Retail Restaurants in the University Union and throughout the campus community. Dining Flex Dollars are for use at on-campus retail locations only. Unused Flex Dollars forfeit at the end of each semester. Remaining balances do not carry over. Details >

Kerr Hall – Suite Bathrooms
– Bathroom is contained within the bedroom unit.
– Bathroom is accessed directly from within the room
and access is limited to the occupants of the rooms
that connect to the bathroom.
– Residents are responsible for cleaning the bathroom
space add providing their own paper products.
– Fire code restricts suite bathroom doors from being
lockable, whereby creating a suite of rooms.
