    Hi!! I am looking to sublet my room at Uptown Apartments in Denton. The complex is off 35E and W Oak. There would be one roommate already attached to the unit, and the other three bedrooms open. Because it is open from July to July, you would technically be signing two leases. For the first month of July the rent would be $660, and the other lease from Aug 1st - July 31st would be $790. Because of the roommate that is already in the unit, only AFAB people will be able to sublet.
