Hello! I am looking to sublet my apartment at Uptown starting July 1. You would be signing two leases, one for July (priced at $664.00) and then the one year lease starting in August, (priced at $799.) This is for a deluxe bedroom. Because of the preferences of the roommate who is staying behind at the apartment, only AFAB people/femme presenting will be considered. Apartment is furnished with a nightstand, bed/mattress, desk and chair, and two sets of drawers.
