What is an Off-Campus Student Community and how it compares to Conventional Apartment Communities
Each year, an estimated 80% of the freshman class currently living in one of the 15 on-campus residence halls at the University of North Texas will follow a national trend, and reside at a Student Living Community as they enter their Sophomore year. We will highlight the reasons. Conversely, don't discount both the financial and locational benefits that many conventional apartment communities in Denton and around the general campus area offer. We will break down the differences for you as well as look at the difference from a leasing perspective. These videos will empower you with understanding the difference and which community and lease type is best for you.
